In Nowadays, the rapid development of science and technology has played important part in the social progress and the people’s living standard. Most countries in the world regard scientific literacy as the goal of science education reform.In order to catch up with the trend of international science education reform, the Ministry of education promulgated the "basic education curriculum reform outline (Trial)" in 2001, China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform is started from this outline. Up to 2012, all provinces and areas in China have entered the senior high school new curriculum reform.Curriculum ideas and goals can be achieved only through the teaching practice Instructional design is used to provide planning and guidance to teaching practice. Constructivism emphasizes the guiding function of the teacher and the subject position of the student, the students and teachers create the teaching environment, promote the activities, use learning strategies together to construct meaningful knowledge.The purpose of this assay is to combine Constructivism instructional design with the chemical education and construct chemical instructional design system, according to the investigation of actuality of senior high school to discuss a model which is fit to the appeal of new curriculum and is easy to operate. The model is excepted to provide the teachers of reference.The method of literature, questionnaire are used in this paper. The full text is divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction. It includes the background of the study, the meaning of the study, the theoretical basis, the train of the thoimht and the methods. The second part is review of the study. The core concepts of the study are defined. These concepts are:constructivism, instructional design, chemistry instructional design and so on, Next, the review on instructional design and constructivism instructional design are introduced.The third part is the investigation about chemical instructional design and the analysis of chemistry instructional design. The author investigate the actuality of chemistry instructional designs through and collect some samples of instructional designs to analysis.The fourth part is the construction of chemistry instructional design system. The construction will be done from the point of constructivism. In addition, the author set forth the methods and strategies.The fifth part is the usage of chemistry instructional design from the point of constructivism. Two examples are given to explain the procedure of the method, and reasonableness.The sixth part is Confession and Suggestions. Based on the study, some of the confusing problems are discussed and some suggestions are proposed.
