Research On The Problem Of Teacher Sharing In Middle And High Vocational Schools And Countermeasures

Run-through pattern for secondary and higher vocational education is a basic model for cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents.It is helpful to improve the effectiveness of cultivating talents and promote the coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education.At present,there are urgent needs for the sharing of teachers in the vocational schools,but also face obstacles,which directly affect the integration of the teaching process,affecting the teaching effect and the quality of personnel training.Through the analysis of 18 cases,interviews and questionnaires,we can find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems with the theory of induced institutional change and the theory of bureaucracy.Then,I try to make suggestions for improvement.The full text consists of seven parts.The first part elaborates the question,the significance of the research,the literature review and the research ideas and methods;The second part points out the theoretical basis of this thesis,and the definition of core concepts;The third part contains the demand analysis for teacher sharing;The fourth part mainly summarizes the status quo of teachers 'sharing by analyzing the cases,interviews and questionnaire materials,from the aspects of teachers' shared attitudes and the practice of teacher sharing;The fifth part analyzes the existing problems of teacher sharing and explores its causes.The last part puts forward reasonable and feasible suggestions on how to promote teachers' sharing on the basis of the previous five chapters.
