Research On MPA Teaching Management Mode Under The New Media Environment

With the progress of the times,the new media technology has been integrated into all aspects of the society,concurrently the MPA teaching management has entered a new stage of development.Factors for the teaching management,such as the teaching aim,development and implementation of the teaching plan,management of the teaching operation,evaluation of the teaching quality are changing continuously.So the original mode of the teaching management can not meet the needs for the developing management of the professional degree teaching.The establishment of a new mode that combines the new media with the management of the professional degree teaching,as well as the transportation of the applied talents who adapt to the development of the times,has become an urgent task for the management of the professional degree teaching.This paper takes the MPA teaching management in H school as an example.It adopts the research method of the teacher-student interaction and the method of investigation and analysis.It analyzes factors such as the teaching objectives of MPA in H school from its establishment to development,the students' condition,the teachers' quality,teaching conditions of hardware and software,the social acceptance of the MPA graduates.It also analyzes the effect in the revolution for the mode of MPA teaching management.Taking the problems MPA teaching encounters under the new media,based on education management theory,this paper analyzes the causes for the evolution of the MPA teaching management mode under the new media.It also analyzes the MPA teaching management from the aspects such as the teaching target management,decision management,students management,teachers management and the students' condition before and after being enrolled into the school,then this paper puts forward a new mode of MPA teaching management in the new media era.The establishment of a teaching management mode of MPA under the new media is the inevitable need of teaching management.Although the analysis on the problems of MPA teaching management mode in H school is only a study on a practical case,it has the theoretical and practical value in the innovation and development of China's MPA teaching management.Hope to put forward constructive suggestions on China 's MPA teaching management,and to provide reference for promoting the combination of MPA teaching management with the new media.
