Case Social Work Involved In The Investigation Of Traffic Accident Damages

In these years,as the economic society constantly developed,we've seen a continuous growth in car parc,transport engagement,and traffic accident.Consequently,the damages mediation caused by accidents becomes more complicated.Since traffic police are being occupied with handling accidents,they've gone beyond dealing with damages mediation.Thus,the government has unceasingly tried to invoke the people's mediation,judicial mediation,joint mediation and other forces to participate in mediation of accident damages.However,problems like uncertain main body,unfulfilled responsibility and low efficiency appear.Since the opening of third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the government vigorously promotes the reform,and comprehensively promotesthe cultivation of social forces to participate in social governance.In recent years' Govn Work Report,words by Premier Li Keqiang said that we should vigorously support social work development.In terms of practice and theory,social work has been more mature in the field of service left behind children,left behind elderly people,medical care,and correction,but there are few studies on how to deal with traffic accidents.Combined with the study of social work and working experience of coping with car accidents,facing those dramatically increasing and sophisticated damages mediation,the author will explore new areas of social work services to improve the efficiency of accident mediation and reduce and resolve conflicts in the bud through the study of social work service accident mediation in this paper.First of all,through the analysis of the traffic accident mediation situation,reasons and problems,the author gives a description of the advantages of social work service traffic accident mediation,under the big picture where traffic accidents increase sharply,traffic police is unable to tackle traffic accident mediation and government vigorously develop social forces to participate in social governance.Secondly,the author selected three typical cases.One is heavily hurt and is born in poor family.One is hurt and comes from other counties.The third is dead.Through the use of case work centered task model,rational emotional treatment model and crisis intervention mode,they came up with a preliminary service program in the middle of service.In the end,the author draws conclusions related to goal,principle,type,tactic and other dimensions,combined with her reviews of service activities of traffic accidents during postgraduate period.And the author refers to the limitations of the paper.This paper aims to reduce the social conflicts in the comprehensive social governance,and to provide some reference for the government to cultivate social forces to participate in social governance.
