Research On Sustainable Development Of Independent Colleges Based On Resource Dependence Theory

The independent college plays an important role in Higher Education of China.It plays a positive promotion of education fairness and promotes talents play a positive role,and it is the same with that of other universities in higher education plays an important role.But in recent years,this is a challenge with the decrease in the number of independent colleges.On the other hand,the national provides opportunities to merger and cancel the high admission batch to develop independent college in 2016.Through this kind of phenomenon,that how to get opportunities and challenges in the future and the independent college will face the issue on sustainable development.Based on the focus that the future sustainable development of Independent Colleges.This paper takes City Institute as an example with a strong influence on the sustainable development of resource dependence theory of the Independent Institute of interpretation and analysis.The problem of sustainable development framework by using the resource dependence theory provided by interview survey method made a detailed analysis from two aspects of internal and external environment,through interviews found that college education is facing the external policy instability,lack of social capital and lack of the students;College of teacher training is not enough;The teachers are lack of sense of belonging.In two aspects of internal and external resources exhausted the predicament of sustainable development and these problems will directly affect the college future survival and competition.This paper provides a framework to solve the resource dependence theory is proposed to select the strategic direction and path of the City Institute colleges sustainable development: to integrate the strategic interaction of internal and external resources,policies of the state and social capital for the development of private education resources into the positioning point of their own development,this strategy can be connect,and the external environment for college development and get more resources to support.Through the internal management mechanism of scientific and rational,and professional settingsthrough the college internal educational philosophy,scientific management and use of funds for the adjustment and reform of the establishment of educational mechanism innovation to eliminate the environmental uncertainty in the future,flexible educational ideas innovation can make the school in the future development of the accumulation and allocation of selectivity of resources;establish their own development.Between the external environment and to realize the positive potential and unique orientation,and then rely on resources for the sustainable development of the college.It is only the internal and external environment of interdependence and connection in order to achieve the sustainable development of City Institute and enhance their social recognition,get a good reputation and development.
