| With the deepening of curriculum reform,cooperative learning is becoming more and more widely used in elementary school math classroom.By looking at the domestic and foreign scholars on the study of cooperative learning and teachers’ behavior,the author found that from the perspective of teachers’ research on cooperative learning in the teacher’s behavior is not much,choose elementary school mathematics study even less.Therefore,this article from the perspective of teachers,five and six grade math teacher chose from four primary school as the object of investigation,the present situation of the teachers in the elementary school mathematics cooperative learning behavior investigation,found the problem and put forward the corresponding improvement strategy in view of the problem,provide a reference for first-line teachers.The study was divided into five parts.The first part is the accumulation of the theory foundation,the paper topic,the background,the thought and the meaning of the research.The second part is a thorough investigation of the school,by giving out questionnaires,classroom observation and teacher interviews,to understand the present situation of teacher behavior in elementary school mathematics cooperation.The third part through the analysis of the status quo,found that the mathematics teachers in the process of cooperative learning organization exists for cooperative learning there exist deviations in understanding,inadequate preparation of cooperation,target present not in time,a single evaluation way,feedback and remedy problems such as not in time.The fourth part put forward to solve the problems that exists in strengthening the study of cooperative learning theory knowledge,attaches great importance to the cooperation in preparation and pre-course reading task arrangement,timely present cooperation learning goals and a detailed explanation,multiple evaluation methods to evaluate the cooperation learning,cooperative learning attaches great importance to the feedback and remedy,etc.The corresponding improvement strategy.The final part of the research conclusion,and once again stressed the importance of teachers’ behavior of cooperative learning,and puts forward in the future will continue to focus on teaching and research,I hope this research can give front-line teachers provide some help. |
