Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Tennis Referees In Heilongjiang Province

With the popularization of tennis and the increase of tennis tournament,the requirements of the tennis referee 's business level are also increasing.Through analyzing the current situation of tennis referees in Heilongjiang Province,this paper finds out the problems existing in tennis referees and takes effective measures to resolve them.Thereby enhancing the overall level of the tennis referee team in Heilongjiang Province.In this paper,the methods of documentary,questionnaire,expert interview,logic analysis and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the team of track and field referees in Heilongjiang Province the following problems are found in the tennis referee team in Heilongjiang province:1.Tennis career in Heilongjiang province with the development of China's tennis career is increasing year by year,the tennis match is also more and more formal,the scale is also more and more big.However,our province tennis referee team has not been effectively developed,compared with other provinces,the number of national level referees in our province is less,which seriously hindered the development of my tennis career.2.Because my province is in the northeast of Chinese,distance often held international events of the city,such as Tianjin,Beijing,Chengdu,Zhuhai,Shenzhen and other places far away,so I go out the opportunity with respect to the referee,referee don't provinces less.3.A sport popularity depends on its number of sports population engaged in this sport,because of the income of residents in Heilongjiang province is generally low,really have a material foundation for the sport of tennis population in South China city is obviously insufficient.In this case,the province's tennis reserve talent relative to other provinces is much less,so the tennis referee in this regard is even less attention.Heilongjiang province has led to a large number of training value of the brain drain,weakening the strength of the tennis referee team in our province,a serious impact on the development of tennis referees in our province.The vast majority of referees are considered to hold the number of events to determine the number of its practice,the number of games held less is the main reason for the loss of excellent personnel.4.Due to the higher requirement on the tennis venue,the venue is not enough,the game would be more difficult,long game time,will increase the referees' work long,can also cause fatigue of athletes and coaches.So there is not enough tennis courts,tennis match is difficult to carry out.This factor also affects the number of tennis referees in our province.The following conclusions can be drawn:1.There is no full-time tennis referee in Heilongjiang Province,all belong to the amateur tennis referee.Amateur tennis referees have a larger occupation range,but most of them are teachers and students.Grading mainly at the national level,international and national level serious missing.2.Heilongjiang Province,the referee out of Heilongjiang Province,the less chance of the Executive Award,the experience of international class events even more lacking.English ability is poor in our province tennis referee slow development of the main reasons.There is a lack of basic skills in computer programming.3.The training methods of tennis referees in Heilongjiang Province are limited,including pre-match training,post-competition evaluation and pre-examination training.The content of the training is not comprehensive,and the work of tennis referee 's professional moral quality,psychological quality,English level and tennis competition is missing.Assessment is not enough,not strictly in accordance with the contents of the implementation of the examination.4.Heilongjiang Province,the ball referee a single method,mainly through the ball center in Heilongjiang Province,the person in charge by telephone or mail to contact me the province of tennis referee,and then by the province between the tennis referee notice,and then to the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Administration Department to register.Referee work to select the method is not perfect,mainly through telephone contact,missing a greater chance.Rewards and punishments are relatively minor,mainly in the form of verbal recognition,bonus encouragement and verbal warning.
