Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Teaching Consultation In Colleges And Universities In China

College teachers teaching ability has an important influence to the quality of higher education.Teaching and consulting as one of the ways to improve university teachers' teaching ability,because of its personalized,service characteristics,such as to get more and more people's attention.Now many colleges and universities set up the teaching development center in China,teaching and consulting as one of its important functions,is now in the phase of exploration and attempt.Build reasonable university teachers' teaching consultation mode is to promote a new approach to college teachers teaching ability in China,has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the analysis of existing problems of university teachers' teaching and consulting in China and puts forward countermeasures for the main purpose of using questionnaire method to empirical studies of six colleges and universities,found in the implementation of the university teachers' teaching and consulting activities existing problems,and actively explore the countermeasures to solve these problems.Specifically,this article is divided into five parts,as follows:The first part: introduction.The paper's research background,research purpose and research contents,research methods and research ideas,literature review and the research significance and so on were introduced in this part.The second part: Teachers in colleges and universities teaching appraisal consulting related core concepts: including consulting,consulting and consulting of university teachers teaching in teaching.The third part: The empirical survey of teachers in colleges and universities teaching counseling.First qualified survey of six colleges and universities;Secondly,the research framework and theoretical foundation to account and instructions.Finally,the empirical survey link,this study from the ideas,activities,four dimensions in system and mechanism design questionnaire,and through the implementation and process investigation,data statistics and analysis,and so on has carried on the empirical investigation.According to the questionnaire and interviews of the current situation of the college teaching consultation of our country are analyzed,and found the problem of college teaching consultation in our country and look for the root causes of problems.The fourth part: In China and the United States consulting the advancedexperience of college teaching,from the concept,activity and find out the four aspects of system,mechanism,provides the solutions of the problem of teaching in colleges and universities and consulting the advanced experience..The fifth part: Consultation in colleges and universities teaching improvement countermeasures.This part,this paper introduces the implementation of teachers in colleges and universities teaching consulting activities in ideas,activities,system and mechanism four aspects of countermeasures.Its concrete countermeasures are: pay attention to scientific research on concept,strengthen consultation consciousness,strengthen social awareness;Consulting on activities: making college teachers teaching process,cultivate professional consultant team of teaching,enrich the teaching consultation method;On the system set up university teachers' teaching,a consultancy,and perfect the system of teaching and consulting;Build multivariate interactive mechanism,the mechanism of the perfect feedback long-term mechanism and incentive mechanism.
