In recent years, academic misconduct has become a social focus, and the university has become a subject of the academic misconduct, but academic misconduct can restricts not only the development of student, but also restricts the progress and development of the society, as well as the growth of academic talents and the whole ecosystem of academic system. In order to prevent these problems getting worse, The Ministry of education and universities are actively seeking ways to manage academic misconduct.University academic misconduct related punishment system is perfect or not, relate to the academic atmosphere of universities, and relate to the university academic development and the construction of the modern university. By research the academic misconduct punishment system of famous universities that in our country, the author found that, the majority of universities has made some remarkable achievements, but there still exists some problems. This study aims to explore the problems which stand out in the punishment system, and to make a comparison to America Academic punishment system, especially the highly praise Honor system, which is widely used for universities in the United States, as well as to make a comparison to two universities which representativeness, learn the rationality and scientific system construction of them, and make some suggestions on the system construction of academic misconduct in ChinaThere are six parts in this study.The first chapter:introduction, this part illustrates the research background and significance, defines the related core concepts, made a review and evaluation of the achievements and progress of domestic and foreign research achievements in academic misconduct, and described the ideas and methods of this study.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study, including the organization and management theory, the theory of humanism and the theory of educational management to perfect the system of academic misconduct.The third chapter:Mainly make an analyze to the reality of academic misconduct in China, analyzed the development history of the academic misconduct management system, and the main content in different historical periods, and combined with the related cases that in order to find the characteristics and existing problems of the academic misconduct system, what's more, the author made an inquiry to the reasons behind.The fourth Chapter:Mainly make an analyze to the present punishment system of America, The author chose the Academic honor system(which is highly praised)and the academic integrity code of the University Pennsylvania and Cornell as the sample. Detailed introduction and analysis of the academic misconduct system, as well as the challenges faced by the system.The fifth chapter:Puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to effective control the academic misconduct from three layers-the country, the society and the university. Only by forming a linkage mechanism, can their lies the promising way of academics.The sixth chapter:To suberize that the states society and university collaborate to construct academic environment, and finally made an expectation to the future.
