Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of School Sports Safety In China

The vigorous development of our country's education makes people pay more attention to the school education. The physical education is an indispensable part of school education, and the status is very important. The school spirit of "people-oriented, health first" education guidelines lead the school sports career progress and develop, the social and relevant departments attach great importance. In recent years, the school sports injury accident occur frequently in security, the safety of school sports facing difficulties, which in a certain extent affected the development of physical and mental health of students, cause the economic and spiritual double burden to school, also to the government and other relevant departments, it make schools and teachers caused confusion and upset, hinder the pace of development of school physical education, and in the process of school sports facilities opening to the outside world security issues also revealed one by one, become a hot topic of social concern at time. If School sports want to get a long-term stable development, its security is an indispensable factor not to be ignored. Thus, it is important to study and analyze the security dilemma of school physical education and put forward relevant countermeasures.This research mainly uses the literature method, interview method, case analysis and logical analysis of school physical education of our country security dilemma for analysis and research, aimed at understanding the China school sports safety problems and causes, put forward feasible measures and for the school to carry out sports teaching to provide protection, ultimately to enhance students'physical and mental health services. Strengthen our country school physical education teaching safety strategies and recommendations, to seek the best way to reduce the injury accident in school physical education, get out of the security dilemma, make sports more standardized, the author of the study of relevant theory knowledge and case analysis.The following conclusions are drawn in this study:1, the main performance of the current plight of school sports in our country, including the security dilemma in the teaching process of physical education and the security dilemma in the process of opening to the outside world. In the course of physical education teaching security dilemma is (1) schools and teachers to avoid security risks, give up eating for fear of choking (2) the legitimate rights and interests of teachers without security, judicial decisions result in general of the school, the teacher adverse; (3) insurance system not perfect. The performance of the security dilemma in the process of opening to the outside world (1) The division of security responsibility is not clear (2) the service management is not in place, there are hidden dangers; (3) the lack of site capacity may cause injury to the participants.2, There are main reasons, the current school sports security dilemma:(1) the school accident is difficult to avoid; (2) site equipment, there are security risks; (3) Part of the school physical education curriculum content is not reasonable; (4) spontaneous extracurricular sports activities management loosely; (5) the government's lack of awareness and measures to protect the interests of teachers sports the judicial system; (6) sympathy for the "weak" tendency so that schools and teachers bear the liability without fault too much; (7) parents over rights; (8) schools and teachers avoiding safety risk, is not conducive to enhance their physique, body mass and condition and more likely to cause injury, form a vicious spiral; (9) the requirements of school physical education opening to the outside world, but the supporting policies and measures lag.3, The relevant countermeasures and suggestions:(1) improve the students' physical quality and safety awareness; (2) speed up the construction of venues and equipment, eliminate security risks; (3) strengthen physical education teaching activities arranged the rationality of; (4) the regular sports teachers working attitude, enhance the sports teachers' sense of responsibility; (5) effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of physical education teachers; (6) efforts to increase spending on sports; (7) all types of schools at all levels to improve the safety management system of school sports and do a good job in the implementation; (8) Government education and relevant government departments to enhance the degree of attention; (9) perfect the system of school sports insurance.
