Research On The Information Management Of Fixed Assets In Colleges And Universities

Higher school as the cradle of high-tech talent is to train talents for national development and construction support.The thorough implementation of the basic national policy of developing the country through science and education and the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education has greatly increased the fixed assets.Fixed assets as an indispensable hardware foundation for colleges teaching,scientific research,management,etc.,is an important indicator to measure the strength of the school and educational level.Coupled with the frequent integration of Universities scale and the level of promotion,fixed asset of university management work becomes more and more complex and difficult,how to achieve accurate and efficient management has become a pressing matter of the moment.With the development of university information management processes and the use of modern information network.technology,the full realization of fixed assets management information is imperative.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction of research background,through the description of the problem,this paper proposes a focus on important research questions,namely the information management of fixed assets in Colleges and universities,and expounds the purpose and significance of the study of the problem.By consulting a large number of relevant literatures,this paper analyzes the contents of relevant research field,summarizes and writes the literature review.The second part introduces the related concepts and theories of fixed assets management and information management in colleges and universities.In the third part,it summarizes the achievements of the information management of the fixed assets in the present university,and puts forward the existing problems.The fourth part:Aiming at the management of fixed assets of university's deficiencies,put forward the implementation of information management of college fixed assets improvement measures.Include to change the traditional fixed assets management concept fundamentally,strengthen the deep stage information technology concept;cultivate professional personnel,improve the quality of management;make full use of the campus network to achieve the optimal allocation of assets,to achieve resource sharing,to avoid the loss of assets;active use of network information technology and improve the software system,introduces the RFID technology,to actualize automatic process control and management of fixed assets;promote the connection between the mobile terminal and the system data,through extensive use of mobile terminal finally realize resource sharing;establish information security protection system,to ensure the security of data security;finally,we must also strengthen the supervision and inspection of the management process of fixed assets to avoid causing irregularities.The fifth part:summary,by proposing the measures,hoping to improve from a wide range of resource integration,technical guidance,personnel quality,etc.and ultimately the comprehensive information management model introduced to the College Fixed Assets Management System at the moment,and then optimize the allocation of resources to improve the university rate,improve operating efficiency.
