| The Chinese government put forward the important development strategy of "One Belt and One Road", it brought hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges for the development of Chinese railway. At present, China is the longest mileage country of high-speed railway in the world, and it has surpassed Japan and Germany. The rapid development of high-speed railway construction has entered into a new stage, but the high-quality talent team correspondingly is far behind the rapid development of the railway. Therefore, it is urgent to need a large number of high-quality technical talent to provide power support for the rapid development of the railway. So, SXTL Vocational College as the only Railway Engineering Higher Vocational College in Northwest of China, after ten years of development, has made some undeniable success in school-enterprise cooperative education. But, it is not to be ignored that the problem of mode of school-enterprise cooperative education in the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment. And, it should be based on its own characteristics, combine railway development with personnel training to meet the need of the development of Railway and itself. Based on this background, this study discusses the mode of School-enterprise cooperative education of SXTL Vocational College, it aim to make the SXTL Vocational College out of the plight of the current School-enterprise cooperation on personnel training more quickly, and, train more talents for the railway construction.This paper is based on the Cooperative education theory, resource dependence theory and experiential learning theory, it made a comparative analysis of the mode of school-enterprise cooperation of the developed countries and the domestic on vocational education. Then, it introduced the case of School-enterprise cooperation on personnel training in SXTL Vocational College. In order to understand its current situation, we have carried out a lot of investigation, so that find out the problems and the reasons of the problems on school-enterprise cooperation personnel training, and made a SWOT analysis of school-enterprise cooperation on personnel training. Secondly, based on the previous analysis and combined with the actual situation of the school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training, I have constructed the new mode of School-enterprise cooperation:School Construction Site, Ability gradually increased through the project construction. And further constructed the curriculum system, teaching mode, implementation environment, and operating mechanism and so on. Again, I have elaborated the strategy on the implementation of the new model, including the choice of cooperation enterprises, the signature of the agreement, the difficulties of the implementation, safeguard measures of the implementation, the effect prediction of the implementation and so on. The last part is the conclusion, it includes the main conclusions of the research, the Lack of the research and the prospects for further research.This study not only can help the SXTL Vocational College out of the plight of the current on school-enterprise cooperation personnel training, and train more talents for the railway construction. Also it will provide great reference value to the managers of the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training, teachers of Vocational Colleges and the scholars of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training theoretical research and practical exploration. |
