| In the process of economic and social development in China,migrant workers made great contribution to economic development throughout.In recent years,the education for the accompanying children of the migrant workers has led to widespread concern.In Shanghai and some other economically developed areas,local governments have also started some policies to solve the education problems of the accompanying children of the migrant workers.However,it’s still outstanding in relation to the problems of education for children of urban residents.In Shanghai,the residence permit integral system can affect the education and solve some problems,but the effect is not perfect.This study combined with the interview of the school in Shanghai to analysis the compulsory education of the accompanying children.Based on the background,the purpose and the significance,the methods and the contents,this study focus on introducing the residence permit integral system in Shanghai,to clear the policy of the education based on this system.Make the interview based on the investigation and the questionnaire to analysis the problems and the reasons in the accompanying children’s compulsory education in Shanghai.Analysis the problems including the defect of the residence of the integral system,the defect of the entrance examination for secondary or the college school,the defect of the education allocation resource.Compare with the education system in American and England,the methods in Zhuhai and Hangzhou,to make the successful experience.Then combine with the situation of Shanghai to make the countermeasures in order to promote the development of the accompanying children’s education based on relaxing the household registration system,vigorously the establishment of private schools,the migrant children education resource allocation to coordinate and tilt,adjustments to the residence of integral system,to broaden the accompanying children’s entrance examination for secondary school or college policy.Through the study,it’s found some problems limited the compulsory education of the accompanying children.It’s necessary to rightly use the policy,to tilt the resources,to establish the different examination system to protect the education right for the accompanying children of the migrant workers. |
