Teachers’ professional burnout has attracted attentions from each part of our society in recent years.It is an extremist reaction because of all kinds of pressure from himself and society.This kind of psychological disorders may lead to heart disease,even alienate teaching behavior,and influence interpersonal communication.As a special group,teachers of senior high school are undertaking large pressure from the college entrance examination,lending to different emotion of professional burnout from other teachers.The study of teachers’ professional burnout can be started from different levels.In this study,the self-organization theory is transplanted into the study of teachers’ burnout.Self-organization of senior high school teachers’ professional burnout research and self-organization of natural system have the requirement of open system,far from equilibrium and nonlinear.The fluctuation of teachers’ professional burnout occurs in the course of its formation.Therefore,using self-organization theory to study the teachers’professional burnout in senior high school can expand the research field of the prevention and mitigation of senior high school teachers’ professional burnout,improve teachers’ attention to teachers’ professional burnout,and improve teachers’ professional happiness.Promoting teacher’s professional development is based on the elimination of teachers’ professional burnout.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part explains the new view point of the teachers’ professional burnout by means of self-organization theory.The teacher system is an open system and can communicate a lot with the external environment.Teachers’ professional burnout is influenced by internal and external factors,which is a typical nonlinear feature.Teachers’ individual differences lead to teachers’professional burnout far from equilibrium in the process of formation.Teachers with different personalities will have different psychological reactions and coping styles in the face of teachers’professional burnout.Teachers’ professional burnout also changes with the change of subjective and objective factors,and during the course the phenomenon of fluctuation appears.The second part defines the concept of the self-organization theory and the teachers’professional burnout.It analyzes the specifics of the self-organization theory in four aspects.Open system is the basic condition for the system to form a self-organization.Openness refers to the exchange of energy and substance with the external environment.Nonlinearity is a necessary condition for the formation of self-organization,System to a specific stimulus of an external input will make a variety of different responses.Using nonlinear effect and adding the object of mutual antagonism to the cooperative movement,it is possible for self-organization system to evolve into an orderly,multi functional subsystem.In nonlinear systems,only when the fluctuation is only up to a certain critical value,and the new stability is achieved through the exchange of material and energy with the outside world,can the system can achieve a new order.The teachers’ professional burnout is a negative emotional reaction caused by the teachers not being able to deal with teaching pressure.It’s a chronic condition that leads to teachers’exhaustion of psychology,physiology and behavior.The third part explores the existing state of the teachers’ professional butnout.I find the occupational boredom is common in high school teachers,and it is fairly serious.Its negative influence mainly expressed in psychology,physiology and behavior.It is psychologically manifested by slow thinking,emotional stress,restlessness,irritability and lack of concentration.Mental fatigue will cause body tired,even more damaging than physical exertion.Physically,it is manifested as physical fatigue,sleeping difficulty,throat hoarseness,Loss of appetite,endocrine disorders and other symptoms.Even worse,it causes the body to the State of sub-health and even premature life.In behavior,its performance is manifested by losing care for students and alienating students;lesson preparation is not active and careful enough,class teaching lacks flexibility and creation;think the normal resistance more serious and have excessive mood reaction;feel less enthusiasm for education work and have wishes of changing jobs;they are easy to make a negative understanding of the words and actions of others,and have aggressive behavior.In interpersonal relationships,they lack confidence and tend to have closed tendencies.The forth part analyzes the cause of the teachers’ professional burnout from the self-organization viewpoint.Teacher is a kind of special "self-organization Complexity System",and its professional growth process has the characteristics of nonlinear and non-equilibrium.Therefore,the research of teachers’ professional burnout should be based on the theory of self-organization,and analyze the reasons of it.Teachers cannot communicate with the outside world effectively because of their closed condition.In the course of teaching,the mode of teaching has solidified the thinking of senior high school teachers.School incentive mechanism is not perfect.And dampen teachers’ enthusiasm.In their teaching work,teachers lack ideology of cooperation,competition and team-work spirits.The fifth part explores methods to solve the teachers’ boredom problem from the self-organization view point.With aid of conclusions of the investigation and interview,we try hard to promote senior high school teachers’ effective communication with the external environment,make use of nonlinear,arouse the enthusiasm of teachers’ professional burnout,foster the innovative thinking of senior high school teachers;keep away from the equilibrium state.In the process of teaching,they construct a Teacher-oriented management;make full use of fluctuation and mutation,enhance the consciousness of the teachers’ cooperation and competition;enhance their team cohesion,develop the strong points of the teachers’ personality,guide teachers personality improvement,and relieve their professional burnout effectively.
