At present, Micro-lesson as a new of learning resources to adapt to the fragmentation and in learning needs, and widely applied to flip the classroom,as for class teaching process.The study found that the characteristics of the micro class one-way transmission limits the traditional teaching feedback, will affect the Micro-lesson learning. Therefore, development of interactive decay classes is an effective way to improve the quality of micro teaching.This research has focused on offline independent interactions Micro-lesson of development, the purpose is to explore to facilitate the teachers master the interaction of the decline of disciplines development technology.This research adopts literature research and action research method revolves around the following:First of all, through access to a vast amount of literature and research, the research status at home and abroad were reviewed, the study of many micro class definition, clear micro class nature, combined with the related concepts to define the concept of class interaction decay, decay classes and put forward the interaction characteristics.The second,in the Constructive Learning Theory, Teaching interactive hierarchy theory, Cognitive Load Theory, put forward the interaction class design principles, design concepts and design patterns.The last,Khan Academy for reference and lesson for interactive video resources, using multimedia production tools for interactive lesson decay function design and development.In this paper with three kinds of multimedia production tools, the three tools in class interaction decay realization way is different, make the interaction decay classes from the interactive technology and interaction break the traditional development model of small class and online interactive learning, realize the interaction decay classes from online interaction to offline extension of interactive learning.Solve the traditional micro class learning resources and learning feedback separated state, through the input device and output device realizes the learners and video content between the immediate feedback of information, make adjustment according to the results of the feedback learning pace, so as to promote learners' knowledge construction.Through the study of the paper,for the teacher's interaction decay class provides a model of development and technology solutions, through the most simple and effective method to make subject teachers to master quickly, and faded into the interaction course development practice, and provide reference for other researchers.
