| College students are an important force to countries’ modernization, and their overall level of quality will determine the quality and speed of development of our society. Only in contemporary do college students have excellent personality traits and skilled knowledge and skills in better improving themselves so as to meet the trend of social development.Overall,the performance of the personality of contemporary college students is active and healthy; however, we have to admit that due to the factors from society, school, family and personal college students and other factors, a few college students personality is questionable. It is also because the existence of the personality of college students does not have to be identified and corrected and ultimately leads to the tragic events on campus frequently. Moreover, these tragedies are not a tragedy of a group or of individuals, but also a whole rise tragedy to society. In order to reduce or avoid the formation of students’ personality problems, but also to avoid the “extreme”, “alternative” consequences caused by all kinds of Students’ Personality problems, all forces including society, schools, parents and students should come together to correct them. Of course, the correction of the problem of students’ personality is a difficult, complicated and systematic project. We need to clearly know the current college students’ personality issues, and the specific reasons which lead to the problems of the personality of college students, and we also need to discuss the questions specifically. Only in this way can we reap good results.This article consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction, including the background and significance of this research, ideas and methods of research status and main research and innovation and the main target of this investigation, as well as the purpose of the principles. The second part focuses on the “Personality Theory under Theory of Marxism ”and “personality category of social scientific sense”. These two core concepts are reviewed so that we can understand and define the personality of contemporary college students, which is used to found study theoretical lately. In the third part, we regard the current Guizhou provincial college students as the empirical study objects and based on the final result from the integration of architecture, the summary of the current college students includes interpersonal tensions, unusual human communication;weak will,poor ability of anti-frustration;high self-expectations, psychological pressure; psychological state of imbalance,and other extreme personality problems. In the fourth part, based on the problems of the college students’ personality, we analyze a series of reasons related to college students’ learning, living and internal, external growth. In the fifth part, according to the causes of students’ personality problems, and combining with the current reality of the situation of social development, the article gives specific strategies from the four aspects- community, school, family, personal- to correct college students’ problems of personality. |
