Nowadays, as the symbol of the information society, Internet and computer technology are affecting the whole world. It is changing the world as well as everyone's lifestyle at the rate of unpredictable speed. Along with the network popularization and improvement of people's living standards, urban primary school students who were born after the year of 2000 can contact all kinds of electronic products from an early age. They are becoming a native at the digital age. Electronic products become an important tool and resources for elementary school students in their growth to building the important external environment in which the urban primary school student live, and shaping the growth of the urban primary school students subtly.The thesis based on the empirical investigation, through the questionnaire survey from over 340 urban primary school students in one of the primary school in Nanjing to study the status of electronic products contact and the daily life under the influence of electronic products. Through the analysis of survey data and combined with the observation in this elementary school and face-to-face interview data found that electronic products have a certain effects to urban elementary school students on learning, healthy, peer interaction, natural contact and so on. Because of the gender differences and the average time that spend on electronic products per day resulted in the different influence on primary school student.Elementary study is in a special period in one's life because student's physical and mental are in the rapid development with strong plasticity, and thus they easily effect from the external environment. As the main form of life, school life has a significant effect on student. The cognition and use of electronic products and school education environment are inseparable. The survey found that school education failed to focus on the electronic lives of students, school education failed to guide the student to live a moderate and healthy electronic life. So the school education should focus on students'life, help students set up the correct view of media and carry out media literacy education that based on student's life.The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, introduces the research background, the goal and significance, research status, and put forward the design method and process. The second chapter presents an electronic life status of urban primary school. It contains the basic situation of urban primary school students, school media environment, the contact and media literacy of urban primary school students on electronic products.The third chapter is the growth of the primary students under the influences of the electronic products. At first is the survey of primary students'present real life, secondly to investigate the learning, healthy, peer interaction and natural contact conditions under the influences of electronic products. The fourth chapter summarizes the problem founded in the survey and to provide the corresponding solution strategies.
