| with the development of the reform of college physical education, physical education optional courses have become the main mode of physical education in colleges and universities in Sichuan. The development of physical education optional courses not only strengthens the dominant position of students learning, improves the students’ enthusiasm for learning, but also meets the psychological needs of students. It promotes the students’ personality development, and plays an active role in teaching.Taking Chengdu Industrial College as an example, the thesis uses questionnaire survey method, literature method, interview method (expert, teacher interview and student interview), logical analysis, mathematical statistics, comprehensive comparison method, etc. This thesis takes some teachers and students in Sichuan Province as the research object, revealing the existing problems and unfavorable factors.Through investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:1. Sichuan Ordinary University (take Chengdu Industrial College as an example), the PE optional course is relatively reasonable, but is lack of theoretical teaching; the teaching resources are limited, and the organization is difficult.2. PE optional course evaluation methods are lack of scientific nature; students’enthusiasm is not high, the evaluation method is single.3. The teaching resources are imbalance, the teaching method is single, and cannot make good use of existing teaching resources.4. Lacking the pre-course guidance, the students cannot combine their own conditions with the reasonable course. 5. The unreasonable teaching management systems have an impact on teachers’attitude. 6. Teaching management departments do not attach importance to facilities and equipment. In order to solve these problems, some suggestions are put forward in this thesis. |
