The aging of the population is becoming a trend in the world, China's aging problem is more prominent, health problems caused by aging is not only the personal problems of the elderly and China a big social problem. According to the survey, this special group of middle-aged and elderly people, their physical and mental health is not optimistic, with the age increase their bone and joint degenerative changes occur, or due to the long-term life and work will lead to their bone and joint diseases. Therefore, the research and development of a practical and effective Methods for fitness, make them through practice to alleviate fatigue, delay the disease, has very important practical significance to improve the quality of life. However "preventive treatment of disease" to answer today in the elderly fitness faced the problem, its research and practice can not only prevent bone and joint disease occurs earlier, also can effectively ease the relieving pain and promoting people to establish a scientific way of life, can also directly or indirectly grounding to improve social productivity, and promote economic development and social progress, and create a favorable environment for the constructon of a harmonious society.Therefore, this study according to the physical and psychological characteristics of elderly people, attempts will care style and national symbol of dance movements combined, to parade the dance in the form of the creation of national style health exercises, for the elderly to provide scientific fitness training methods and content. In this paper, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, logic analysis method, after months of repeated modification and improvement, finally creating form for human neck, shoulder, back, waist, knee and ankle, finger of elbow and wrist this series with art of national style aerobics.Conclusions: 1, through the combination of health and national dance style symbolic action, effectively solve the health care practice alone style boring, increase in the elderly population in practicing. The health effects of specific human bone and joint health, 2 for good art style, good-looking, but the defects do not adapt to the elderly fitness. 3, the national style of Aerobics it effectively strengthens the muscles around the joint strength and endurance, is conducive to the stability of knee joint, the protection range of motion effect, achieves the purpose of scientific body-building.
