To cultivate what kind of person is the subject of vocational education and general education.People-oriented,people from all backgrounds to provide a full range,a wide range of relearning,reeducation opportunities,tailored to educate each observer has the ability,have the ability to become social useful,sharing life,the color of the opportunities,is the urgent task of vocational education.In class management is the premise of the organization,through the study of how to independent management to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,organization and management ability,activity,so as to improve the students' comprehensive quality is the core object of the secondary vocational education and training.At present,the unified management of the class management occupation education is still copying traditional,top-down style of senior high school.From the examination oriented education,the lack of self-discipline,suffering from psychological imbalance,the majority of the single parent families in the failure,in the absence of innovation,non personalized class management,is still not out of the failure of life.It is a vital issue that the secondary vocational class management faced currently how to guide the students to transform from heteronomy to self-discipline,make the class management model out of single,traditional and low education effect,and train the technical talents that could suitable for the society requirement,possessed the characteristics of modern society specialty,psychological health,and sense of social responsibility.In view of thinking this issue,this paper based on sort out the reference research material about secondary vocational class self-management,adopt the method of questionnaire,investigate and analysis the class self-management condition of Dalian Model Art School from the two aspects of students and teachers.Analysis the students independent learning management,students independent organization management,students independent activities management;and the class teachers learning management on students,the way of class organization management,and the activities management on students.Through the investigation found there exists some problems of class independence management in Dalian Model Art School,such as the “five missing”,weak of independent ability,etc.;Teachers exists some problems in class management,such as the outdated education concept,class management target of a single,evaluation of one-sidedness,humanistic consciousness and legal consciousness is weak in class management etc.Paper also analyses the causes of these problems,the reasons mainly comes from four aspects: the lag of education idea,teachers' class autonomous management mechanism is imperfect,evaluation system is not scientific,incomplete and not cultivating and training students independent autonomy.For this,throughthe research analysis in this thesis,combined with the class autonomous management present situation of Dalian Model Art School,proposed the improvement ideas,measures and steps,and suggestions the implementation of class autonomous management improvement measures from three aspects: by the school culture construction,using reasonable scientifically competition mechanism,strengthening the management of students and teachers of self theoretical study.
