Under the development trend of Popular Education and Elite Education, higher education institutions have higher requirement for the training of talents. Sports Institutions are aim to cultivate professional sports talents, and Normal Institutions are aim to cultivate professional teachers. With the maturity of talentstraining modes, there are some problems which are constantly revealed during the process of making training program, training mode and training ways. This paper mainly used the documentary analysis method, the logical analysis method,field interviews and the method of comparative analysis to research the talents-training modes between Zunyi Normal College and Chengdu Sport University.This paper has evaluated the differences and similarities of Talents-training Mode between Sports Institutions and Normal Institutions from different aspects- Philosophy of schooling, training process, curriculum setting, training objectives, employment orientation and students recruitment.The results has showed that there were some differences of training standards, training styles and training methods between these kinds of higher education institutions. However, these institutions have a common phenomenon — de-emphasis of Characteristic logos. Meanwhile, during the process of talents training, although there are varieties of curriculums, there are fewer employment opportunities. Due to the wide coverage of courses, students are like dragonflies skimming the surface of the water. It means that students learn a course without going into it deeply, and that brings negative influence that student are not skilled in any courses they have learned. It is difficult for them to make employment choice. The reasons for training modes difference are deviation of school-running objectives, uniformity of training process, autonomy of curriculum setting and convergence of training modes. This paper suggests to establish a brand image of higher education institutions, carry on the strong point and counteract the weakness. Without violating own superiority, effectively communicate with employment units. Making needs analysis of job market for university graduates to inquire the demand for talent standards of society, adjust talents-training plan to adapt to social development. It is a brilliant way to examine the reasonable of talents-training style and method, the suitable of talentstraining content according to the social adaptability of training objects, so the social demand can allow higher education institutions to optimise their talents-training process. Except from the specialised course, higher education institutions can also set up optional courses. On one hand, Sports Institutions and Normal Institutions can cultivate professional talents; on the other hand, they need to cultivate comprehensively qualifies and innovatory talents. Then they can realise the seamless connection between diversified talents-training mode and society. |
