Gratitude is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,a compulsory course for everyone’s life.If a person wants to grow,he needs to thank to the grace of his parents,thank to the country’s favor,thank to the teacher’s favor,thank to the grace of the masses,thanks to the grace of nature.Gratitude education is a kind of education about good for good,good for moral.Through education,let the students have the urge to return kindness and understand how to be grateful with others and learn to understand and care for others,and constantly enhance the students’ sense of gratitude.In recent years,due to the negative impact of the social development,the defects of the school education system,lack of family education,junior high school students are lack of gratitude consciousness that the “Gratitude education” has become a hot topic.Domestic and foreign scholars attach great importance to the study of gratitude education.To strengthen gratitude education is the need of social development,the need of school moral education,but also the needs of the development of the students themselves.This paper uses the practice research method.The author personally involved in the implementation of research on the practice of gratitude education in the junior high school class management,based on the theory of life moral education,moral experience education theory,moral education theory.Through creating gratitude atmosphere,creating situational to experience gratitude,participating in special events to practice gratitude,through a multidisciplinary,home and school work together to infiltrate the gratitude thoughts,plays a promoting role in inheriting Chinese traditional gratitude virtue.The implementation of gratitude education in junior middle school class management lasted three years and has some achievements.It promotes the strengthening of students’ consciousness of gratitude.Students’ learning habits and mental outlook have changed a great deal and indirectly promotes the improvement of the academic achievement.The implementation of gratitude education research in class management also promote the renewal of education concept,change the role of the teacher in the class management especially emotional positioning;Promote teachers to learn and reflection and change the evaluation of students to pay more attention to the students’ emotional development and quality of life.
