In the information age, information has become the main resource of China Unicom, but also the main force of economic development and social progress. Thus, information literacy has gradually become a citizen's basic survival ability and one of the essential qualities. Information literacy is a core requirement of personnel training, and master's degree is an important part in the design of intellectual resources. It is also the main force of knowledge innovation system. In this paper, the research object of Shijiazhuang four University(Shijiazhuang Railway University, Hebei University of Economics and Business, Hebei University Of Science and Technology and Hebei Normal University), through field survey, to understand the current situation and problems of information literacy, and to analyze the factors that affect the students' information literacy. In order to provide reference for the development of the local university in the future and the work of other provinces or regions.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background, significance, purpose, research status of information literacy at home and abroad. The second part introduces the related theories of the research. Including the connotation, characteristics, evaluation criteria and the ability of information literacy of information literacy. Through consulting literature, drawing on the research results of information literacy concepts and evaluation standards at home and abroad, this paper forms the evaluation and evaluation criteria of information literacy and information literacy in the research on the basis of combing the theory literature. The ability of information literacy is summarized. In the third part, the empirical investigation of the information literacy status of Master graduate students in Shijiazhuang is done. The information literacy and the difference of the information literacy of master's degree students in Shijiazhuang are analyzed by using statistical analysis method. In the fourth part, the author analyzes the influence factors of the information literacy of master degree students in Shijiazhuang, and analyzes the influence factors of the present situation of the information literacy. The fifth part of the fourth chapter of the impact of factors from the policy, teachers, graduate students, such as the level of autonomous learning to improve the recommendations. The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper and the shortcomings of this study and the innovation points.
