Currently, as a breakthrough in a new way of teachers’ professional development, teachers’ professional life gradually as a new focus on the study of teachers. This article uses the massive sampling analysis, and combining with the qualitative case study, from the scope of the whole to understand the status of the secondary vocational teachers’ professional life, and further study of the influence factors of affect secondary vocational teachers’ professional life. According to the research of the sampling analysis, found that the secondary vocational teachers’ professional life includes teaching, learning and thinking about the three major factors, energy embodied in the teaching process, full of passion, immersed in their own work, the work as a kind of happiness; Actively learn new teaching ideas, explore new teaching mode, the study of unit of choose and employ persons related the requirement of the standard, job characteristics and practice of choose and employ persons, the relevant enterprise production organization way, industry development trend; Understand in the teaching process of reflection, improve their education teaching method, through the case or write your own education teaching reflection, the process and its reflection in the confusion and record harvest, summed up their own deficiency in the process of teaching. Status quo analysis found that the current level or higher secondary vocational teachers’ professional life, belongs to the average level. Diff found: in the total score of professional life, Guang Zhou secondary vocational teachers’ professional life score significantly higher than that of HeYuan city, secondary vocational teachers’ score, outstanding performance in teaching, He Yuan city, GuangZhou city secondary vocational teachers than secondary vocational teachers should be more positive; Different amount of teaching teachers in professio nal life table, learning, thinking dimensions are significant differences, teaching dimension has no significant difference. 11 to 15 years’ experience of teachers group professional life level is higher than other teaching experience of teachers, both in teaching and learning or thinking, excellent performance; Significant difference was found in different title teachers’ professional standards of living, embodied in the teaching and thinking on two big dimensions, in general, senior teacher professional life score higher, more can deal with the problems in teaching. In the teaching process to experience more positive emotions, showed more positive behavior, also more willing to learn, good at thinking. On gender, class teacher or not, administrative or not, the teacher’s professional life difference is not significant. Case studies have found that the organization’s support, the old teacher’s guidance, the teacher himself, studious, acute, be good at reflection characteristics directly affect the teacher’s professional standards of living.
