Composition is not only an important way for students to convey feeling and ideas in written symbols, but effective means to express themselves, develop innovative thinking and show personality. At present, the writing quality of middle school student is improved, but not up to expectation. Modeling phenomena, such as “identical”, “cross-quoting” and “similarity”, still exist in some articles, which restrain students' personality to some extent and limit their creative thinking. Writing teaching plays a special role in tapping, molding and nurturing students' creative ability which could solve modeling problem to certain extent. This thesis starts from students' composition modeling phenomena, focuses on the discussion of developing and cultivating creativity of middle school students during writing teaching, after referring to related documents and reading some students' articles.This article consists of introduction, main body and epilogue. Main body of the thesis mainly includes four aspects: The first, analyze systematically composition modeling concept and its expression, i.e.: modeling of the article content and form; The second, elaborate the connotation of creativity, put forward the conflict of composition modeling and students' creativity, in terms of limiting their creative thinking and eliminating their creation interest to write, etc.; The third, discuss that the development of students' writing creativity is an effective way to get rid of composition modeling phenomena and truly improve their writing ability. The method is to return to trueness of students, develop creative consciousness basing on life experiences, seek creation sources by reading literatures, learn creative techniques completing evaluation mechanism, stimulate creation motives; The fourth, put forward corresponding measures, by analyzing current situations of composition modeling and its damages. Two aspects to be paid attention to in the course, one is to know correctly creativity and modeling, the other is to build creative teacher is fundamental guarantee to cultivate students creative ability in writing.
