| The Game is an important way for children to understand the world and to adapt to the environment. It is an indispensable part of the growth process of children and the life of children. The education of the kindergarten work rules and the guidelines for kindergarten education issued by the Ministry of Education point out that kindergarten education should emphasize and follow a basic principle of taking games as basic activities. The 3-6 years old children’s learning and development guidelines issued in 2012 pointe out that we need to understand and respect the style and characteristic of learning, to cherish the value of learning and development for children. We also realize the importance of the game in kindergarten. Autonomic games could inspire enthusiastic actions, construct an autonomic, innovative personality for children, and it also let children experience a sense of responsibility of self-determination which is an effective way to promote physical, mental health and good development for early childhood.Teachers play an important role in the kindergarten preschool education institutions. The factors influence teachers’ effective involvement in kindergarten autonomic game, including teachers’ personal quality, professional level, the establishment and implementation of kindergarten autonomic game system, children’s personality, physical and mental development. There are some problems referring to teachers‘ involved in or improper intervention, high controlling intervention and laissez faire intervention, lack of teachers’ observation, analysis, intervention strategies. Therefore, it is necessary and important to research teachers’ effective intervention in kindergarten.This paper adopts some methods such as literature researches, investigations, case studies.Taking five different kindergarten as the research base, the paper does some observation description and analyst on the basic status of the autonomic games by the form of questionnaire and interview of three shifts of teachers. The purpose of the study is to find out the problems and the reasons of the effective intervention of the autonomic game teachers in the kindergarten, and to explore the effective intervention strategies of kindergarten teachers.This study consists of five parts:In the introduction part, it mainly states the reason, significance, literature review, research purpose, main problems, research ideas and methods of this research.In the first chapter, the core concepts of "autonomic game" "effective intervention" are defined. Autonomic game is the game which reflects children’s spirit, improves children’s ability, cultivates children’s emotional, and promotes early childhood personality development. In this game, children have freedom of choice, and can communicate with each other voluntarily and actively to cater to their needs in the interest of theirs. In the section, the paper puts forwards the characteristics of effective intervention of autonomic game, that is the positive attitude, the right timing, the suitable way, the promotion development.In the second chapter, paper shows the status of the effective intervention of our kindergarten from five aspects referring to kindergarten autonomic game implementation, the teacher’s understanding of intervention, the relationship between teachers and children, personal accomplishment conditions, and involvement in intervention condition by the survey research, interviews, and observation records form.The third chapter on the basis of the analysis of the investigation, analysis of the current our country independent game kindergarten teachers problems and attribution of effective intervention. Problems mainly include the teachers interventional poor motivation, opportunity, interventional method unsuitable, the lack of attention, the inefficiency of intervention. From the Angle of teachers and kindergarten, to analyze the causes of these problems: inadequate importance to step in to meet teachers and intervention of relevant skills; Kindergarten independent game system lacking or implementation does not reach the designated position, lack of independent game atmosphere.The fourth chapter for kindergarten independent game teacher the problem of effective intervention, combines theory and practice with the method of case analysis, and through the analysis of the case analysis, observation, interview, finally from the teachers and kindergarten this two independent game Angle analysis, to explore the kindergarten teachers’ effective intervention strategies: one is a teacher quality is the key of independent game effective intervention. Teachers should enhance the importance in understanding, with a positive attitude intervention; Clear the teacher role, play to children’s subjectivity; Things that early childhood development plan for; According to the problem situation, choose the way; Focus on process evaluation, improve intervention effect. The second is the kindergarten management is the guarantee of independent game effective intervention.
