Biology experimental teaching is an important part of high school biological teaching, can effectively promote the cultivation of students innovation consciousness, practical ability and the spirit of science.With the deepening of curriculum reform,It takes more higher and update request on the biological experimental teaching. Normal colleges and universities is the source of teacher training, It must improve the biological experiment teaching ability of normal students,Training of Teachers to adapt the requirement of The new curriculum.In order to provide some reference for The experimental teaching ability training of Normal school students,this paper adopts the methods of document research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview, ect.Based on the analysis of the theory of the teaching practices,the article investigates the current situation of The experimental teaching ability training of Normal school students in Shan Dong Province,to find the problems of The experimental teaching ability training and to puts forward targeted suggestions.To provide reference for The experimental teaching ability training of Normal school students.The main body of the paper consists of five survey.The first part:question statement.It introduces the research background,the research status,the research significance and the ideas and methods.The second part:summary of the research.It defines the related concepts of biology experimental teaching,discusses the requirements of the new curriculum of biology experiment teaching,Analysis of the cultivation of normal school students' ability in biological experiment teaching under the new curriculum background the challenge.The third part:The cultivation of the biology experimental teaching ability.It Is mainly divided into two modules: A module is the investigation and analysis of high school teachers,from the experiment teaching situation, experimental teaching ability develop experimental teaching ability,biological teachers' self evaluation, the four aspects of the normal students advice conducted a survey on high school teachers; module two is for normal school students investigation and expert interviews with university teachers, from the experiment teaching view,normal students ability of experimental teaching and the middle school teachers' self evaluation and comparative analysis, experiment teaching, ability training present situation of the training of normal school students suggest four different levels of normal students and university teachers were investigated. Comparative analysis of the two module after the discovery, the cultivation of students ability of experimental teaching has the following problems: experiment teaching, experiment teaching the concept behind the lack of capacity, unreasonablecurriculum, teaching content, teaching mode is backward, lack of old teaching practice, the single teaching evaluation model.The fourth part: to cultivate students' ability of biological experiment teaching suggestions.According to the analysis of the cultivation of the ability of biological experiment teaching in Teachers Colleges and universities results, put forward the following suggestions:Transformation of normal education idea; perfect the normal curriculum system;update the content of education; optimizing the teaching mode; reform the teaching evaluation;teaching practice.The fifth part: conclusion and discussion. A comprehensive summary of the research system, and the shortcomings of this study made a further discussion.
