Netease, Sina and other commercial online media company launched of the global elite public video courses, which is sought after and welcame by millions of users since the second half of2010, some of the public video courses of Yale University, Harvard University and other prestigious schools abroad to fame in the country, these is a phenomenon that some students "skipping" their face-to-face teaching to go online "Amoy class ", caused by the universities and the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to open video lessons formally launched in November2011, but usage is not optimistic.So, how to build high-quality, popular video courses? Sought after by the open class of foreign video? The researcher takes "Justice:What’s the Right Thing to Do?" of Harvard University and "Psychology of learning" of East China Normal University as the case.,use the software of Nvivo9.0to transcribe and analysis the video, and do content analysis in the courses forum.The study found that:(1) the use of appropriate teaching methods is the basic requirement and a prerequisite for the development of the high-quality public video courses;(2) Lack of motivation, lack of experience overlap and lack of social presence is an important factor restricting the spread of public video course;(3) constructivismteaching strategies is an effective way to attract observation of learners to watchand and comment;(4) to maintain the original ecology of the classroom is an important guarantee for the development of the high-quality public video courses.Based on the above study, the researchers made the following recommendations:(1) video open class should strive to create the form and atmosphere of the teacher-student interaction;(2) classroom interactive sessions, attention should be paid to the application of teaching strategies; video (3) hide the technology, return to the original ecology of course, a true representation of teaching;(4)from simpley "release resources" and "resource sharing" to "convenience of the learner resource-based learning.
