The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward the overall layout of comprehensively implementing economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction-"Five in One ".The general layout of "Five in One" reflects the deepening of the party's understanding of "what kind of development and how to develop" which is a major strategic issue of scientific development.at the same time,it also points out the new orientation and puts forward higher requirements for the current national development. The national development under the general layout of "Five in One" is no longer just the increase of the total economic volume, but involves the all-round development of politics, economy, culture, society and ecology.Such national development is a coordinated and sustainable development pattern. However, the development of ethnic groups along Tibet's border is restricted by many factors, and there are some problems and shortcomings in its own political, economic, cultural, social and ecological development.Subsequently, the strategic thought of "Governing the country,Governing the side, and Stabilizing the Tibet first" and the central Committee's strategic positioning of "Two screens,Four places,One channel and One front" in Tibet increased the urgency of research on the development of Tibetannationality. The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)once again stressed that " efforts should be made to support the accelerated development of the old revolutionary base areas, ethnic areas, border areas and poverty-stricken areas",to accelerate the development of the border areas,to ensure the consolidation of the border areas and the security of the border areas,to strengthen exchanges and exchanges among all ethnic groups,to promote the close embrace of all ethnic groups like pomegranate seeds,to work together and to prosper and develop together." To play a good role in the security barrier, channel and frontier in Tibet,we must do a good job in the development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, recognize the particularities of the development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, find out the unique advantages of the development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, find out the current development situation of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, and find out the bottlenecks that restrict the development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet. Then,on the premise of adhering to the problem orientation,we should correctly understand the existing problems and shortcomings in the development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, find a breakthrough to solve the development problems of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, and break through the bottlenecks.Furthermore,we will promote the construction of small towns of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet, realize the common prosperity and development of ethnic groups along the border of Tibet and consolidate thelifeline of national unity. The border areas of Tibet also have a large number of cross-border ethnic groups, including Tibetan,Mamba,Luo Ba,Sherpa, and so on.The current national identity of the Sherpas is unclear, but regardless of which ethnic group they belong to,it is undeniable that the Sherpas must be a minority ethnic group and they enjoy equal minority and ethnic policies. Therefore, the development of the Sherpas in Chentang Town is a preliminary exploration for the development of ethnic groups along the border in Tibet. The objective and rational analysis of the relevant problems in development is followed by finding effective solutions to the problems. The solution to the problems existing in ethnic development along the border is to realize the need for Tibet to build a well-off society in an all-round way.It is necessary to maintain Tibet's overall stability and achieve long-term peace and order, and enhance the self-development capabilities of the people along the border. This article uses the literature research method, the field survey research method, the interview method, the comparative research method, and carries on the comprehensive research to the development of the Sherpa people in Chentang under the general layout of "Five in One".The first chapter of the paper, introduction.Introduce the topic background, significance of the study, research status at home and abroad, the main methods of the study and innovation and inadequacies;the second chapter, study the development of the Sherpa in Chentang. The discussions are from the two aspects of realitybasis and theoretical foundation: Chapter 3,the current situation of the Sherpa people in Chentang Town.It is mainly from the economic, political, cultural, social, ecological five aspects;the fourth chapter, the existing problems in the development of the Sherpa in Chentang town.It also analyzes the Sherpa in Chengtang town from the economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological perspectives. The fifth chapter, come up with the solution to the problems existing in the development of the Sherpas in Chentang. This part is mainly for the corresponding measures proposed in the fourth part. Finally, conclusion,it based on the above research, and the development prospects of the Sherpa people in Chentang Town are expected. Moreover, taking the development of the Sherpa people in Chentang as an example,it briefly explores the development inspiration of ethnically-minded people and cross-border ethnic groups...
