Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Tibetan Migrant Workers In The Perspective Of Common Development

Migrant workers are workers in the rural areas and work in non-agricultural industries.In this paper,the Tibetan nationality in China is the research object,that is,migrant workers in Tibet,belonging to the minority migrant workers.Based on the investigation and research of migrant workers from two villages in Tibet,this paper summarizes the current situation of migrant workers in Tibet.Mainly,low education level,Chinese communication barriers.short-term employment,employment stability is poor;the choice of household registration of the county employment,employment region narrow.engaged in the main work,technical content;skills training is not in place,low vocational skills.influenced by negative thoughts,self promotion And the willingness to receive training is not strong.The job channel is single,the degree of employment organization is low.The wage income is low,the living standard is not high;the legitimate rights and interests of the migrant workers are not guaranteed.Secondly,it summarizes the problems faced by the migrant workers in Tibet,which are mainly as follows: the peasant workers themselves are in the inferior position in the market competition.The effect of the migrant workers' participation in training is not obvious;the migrant workers' labor market is not sound;the migrant workers are unfairly treated in the cities;the peasant workers lack the sense of belonging and identity to the city;Migrant workers have weak ability and consciousness to protect themselves by law.According to the problems faced by migrant workers in Tibet,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of migrant workers in Tibet.In the end,from the point of view of national theory,this paper thinks about the problem of migrant workers of minority nationalities in Tibet,and puts forward that the key to solve the minority migrant workers is to develop the economy of ethnic and ethnic areas.At the same time,it is necessary to take into account the particularity of ethnic and ethnic minority areas.We must firmly adhere to the national policy of the country and rely on the policy of national differentiation and major initiatives.
