Research On Rural Mutual Support Model

In recent years,the trend of China’s aging population is more and more obvious,aging degree is becoming more and more high.With the development of China’s modernization,industrialization and urbanization,a large number of young adults crowded into the cities,more and more rural elders become empty-nesters,aging degree is becoming more and more serious in the countryside.The urban-rural dual structure and rural backward economic situation make it impossible to develop rural institutions endowment in large area.Rural family endowment and institution endowment can not meet the needs of existing rural endowment,calling for a new model to adapt to the current situation of the current rural endowment.Mutual endowment is a new pension mode comes out in recent years,as a supplement to the rural family endowment,combining the actual characteristics of rural old-age and integrating community,government and other social resources.The new mode satisfies the spirit demand of the elderly people and offers comfort,promoting the rural elderly people’s happiness and sense of accomplishment.Taking binzhou zhanhua district as an example,this paper studies the rural pension problems in the area.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept connotation,characteristics and advantages of mutual care and old-age pension,and analyzes the rural mutual support pension in maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory.Secondly,through the investigation and interview method,field survey,the current situation of zhanhua area rural old-age details about the development status of zhanhua area rural happiness courtyard,analyzes the feasibility and necessity of mutual rural development support,and further analyzes the zhanhua area rural mutual pension problems and reasons.In the introduction of Japan,the United States and other developed countries are summarized the successful experience of mutual endowment,and hebei,guangzhou related advanced practice,on the basis of further improve and promote the job of zhanhua area rural happiness courtyard put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally,from the three social support level proposed increasing financial support,mobilize various support,play the potential of old people,such as countermeasures,improve social support network and promote the development of rural mutual pension mode...
