Research On Female Reproductive Rights

In 2016,under the organization of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress,the amendment to the law on population and family planning introduced the formal implementation of the universal two-child policy at the meeting.Since its implementation,the country has better satisfied the people’s fertility desire,and has further promoted social progress and harmony between people.Moreover,this policy is of great significance for optimizing the population structure,alleviating the actual pressure of aging population in China,and increasing the emerging labor force.However,there are some problems in the implementation of the two-child policy,for example,some women do not want to have a second child.The reasons include: at present,China’s medical institutions,maternal and infant institutions are not perfect,the cost of raising children is high,the pressure of life is high,and enterprises are discriminating against professional women after pregnancy.These problems directly affect the realization of female reproductive rights.Most scholars discuss the basic theory of reproductive rights,but there are relatively few studies on female reproductive rights.Based on this,this paper further research on the basis of reproductive rights theory female reproductive rights,explore the real situation of women’s reproductive rights and puts forward his own opinions,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women,and the female reproductive rights legislation in the future to put forward their views.
