From 2011 to 2015,the development of the national pension service industry is very big.Among them,Jiangsu Province,which is economically developed province,will continue to build a modernized old-age service with the principle of "home-based pension,community pension,institutional pension as the driving force and information technology" Mechanism,access to a lot of attention of the results.However,the increasingly serious population of the fact that the aging of the province's pension service system and the level of economic and social development is not suited to the development of pension services and meet the needs of the majority of the elderly there is a big gap between the diverse needs.Institutions pension,the organization is unreasonable,the service function is not perfect,low level of care services and other issues still exist.In addition,nursing beds are too few,professional care,young enough,with a small number of low wages,professional management,low degree of professionalism is also very prominent.W company in 1998 to invest in the establishment of a vocational and technical college.W company initially focused on the education industry,in 2010 began to enter the pension service industry,has been operating for nearly two decades.In the face of the historical opportunity of the rapid development of the domestic pension service industry,it is necessary to accurately grasp the competitive situation of enterprises and formulate a strategy which is suitable for the enterprises to make a place in the fierce market competition.This is also the W company is currently an urgent need to solve the practical problems.This paper first describes the business situation of W Company,analyzes the industrial environment faced by W,and points out that the company must conform to the opportunities and challenges of the old-age market?and from the perspective of the development strategy,through the integration of the strategy,Departments to play its policy support function,to build a series of park software facilities and hardware facilities.At the same time,W companies adhere to the "first made one,and then develop the other" principle,to strengthen the top design of the strategy,to promote the integration strategy gradually towards the direction of growth strategy.At present,W company's goal is to take a focus,there are ways to take,adhere to the "not for all,but for the use of" principle,and the principle of the company's recent business strategy,long-term business strategy objectives,The maximum play the role of resources,and constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and influence.Therefore,W companies continue to attach importance to seize the opportunity to take advantage of leveraging to obtain higher operating performance,and play the advantages of resource integration to ensure that the strategic objectives of the enterprise.This paper hopes to adopt the strategic development of W company's old-age model,and provide some reference and reference for other private enterprises to enter the pension industry.
