Fuller uses his reclassification and analysis of morality to confirm the necessary connection between law and morality, and to demonstrate the rationality of morality to make law possible through the standard of legitimacy with moral attributes. In this way,he thoroughly expounded his theory of internal moral law.Fuller’s natural law thought is not just the result of his hard thinking. The improvement of his theory comes from the critique and controversy of positivist legal ideas.Through the constant criticism of legal concepts in positivism,Fuller’s new legal career theory was formed. The long-term debate with Hart is a development and perfection of his internal legal ethics theory.Fuller’s ideology did not break the recognition and characterization of traditional jurists only on the substantive goals of law.He paid more attention to the realization of the value of the law itself. Therefore,Fuller’s intrinsic moral theory of law was also called relative to the physical natural law.The natural method of the program.Fuller’s unique theory of natural law not only satisfies the requirements of the times at that time, but also expands the development path of the legal theory. It also has an important influence on the future development of Western theory of methodology. Its style of paying attention to the procedure also continues today. Its emphasis on the impact of morality on the standard of the law is also able to provide a basis for our country’s contemporary legal development as well as new ideas.
