G Prison Police Performance Management Evaluation Program Research

The people’s police of prison is the civil servant of the executive organ of the state, whose working ability and performance level is directly related to the accurate execution of the criminal law, which directly affects the healthy development of the prison. At present, the prison police assessment management system more extensive,there are light weight management, evaluation, deployment, evaluation of the tendency of light, the linkage between the individual and the Department’s performance is insufficient,scientific, practical, effective performance appraisal system has not been established, the evaluation index of individual pay the lack of objective and scientific. Lead to a "more or less a kind of equalitarianism "agency problems, to a certain extent reduced volume polarity, reduces the overall efficiency.In this paper, after expounding the research significance and the domestic and foreign research background, summarizes the performance management from the aspects of content elements, performance management system, content, basis methods, and introduces the basic theory of performance management, analyzes the status quo in G prison prison police performance management and existing the problems and the reasons were analyzed. On this basis, puts forward the system mechanism design improved G prison police performance management system, outstanding project management, assessment, standardization and information application, clear the weight of the index and the detailed assessment process, pay attention to operation analysis, enhance the application of the result, really put the whole process of assessment throughout the whole process, through the prison police to perform their duties on personal growth and progress and do careful attention,and personal evaluation objective.Through the research, we hope that it can provide practical exploration and useful reference for the performance management of prison police, improve the level of performance management, improve the quality of the team, and promote the progress of the prison.
