Research On Rural Social Organizations Participating In Rural Governance

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and the state and society have gradually realized that the participation of rural social organizations in governance has a profound impact on the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.In the face of conflicts such as insufficient village-level self-government power in rural social governance,inefficient supply of public goods,poor organization of farmers,and imperfect rural governance systems,many scholars have proposed the theoretical basis for multiple subjects to participate in rural governance.Several policies have been issued to strongly encourage the development of rural social organizations,with a view to continuously improving the rural governance pattern through the participation of rural social organizations in governance and promoting long-term stability in rural society.Rural social organizations in my country have been rapidly developed in support of national policies and the expectations of the masses.Participating in rural governance has played a pivotal role and has become an important foundation for building a perfect and modern national governance system and governance capabilities.On the basis of reviewing the theoretical research of social organizations participating in governance by scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes,taking polycentric governance theory,civil society theory and social co-governance theory as the theoretical basis Analyze the path and effectiveness,problems and causes.Through investigation and research,it is found that rural social organizations in Qufu City participate in rural governance,rely on establishing a strong trust relationship with villagers,and participate in village-level affairs decision-making,participation in economic construction,provision of cultural products,and participation in social assistance,which have effectively promoted rural democracy Political development and construction have helped rural areas achieve rapid economic development,supported rural reconstruction of social civilization,and improved the efficiency of rural social services.However,it cannot be ignored that rural social organizations in Qufu still have problems in the process of participating in rural governance,such as insufficient self-building power,poor participation in governance,low social recognition,and weak government support.The main reasons include the relatively lagging behind in the legal construction of rural social organizations participating in governance,insufficient economic support,insufficient change of concepts,and excessive dependence on the personal capabilities of leaders.The author believes that the strategies for improving rural social organizations to participate in rural governance mainly include rural social organizations strengthening their own construction,improving governance effects,guiding social recognition,and strengthening government support and supervision.I hope that through the joint efforts of the state,government,enterprises,citizens and other social forces Efforts should be made to build an increasingly perfect rural governance network,broaden the path for rural social organizations to participate in rural governance,and propose more operational countermeasures,hoping to inspire rural social organizations in other regions of China to participate in rural governance.
