From The Perspective Of Social Governance, The Study Of Law-related Complaints And Complaints

Marxist social governance thought theory includes Marx and Engels' s social governance thought,Lenin's social governance thought,Mao Zedong's social governance thought,Deng Xiaoping's social governance thought,Jiang Zemin's social governance thought,Hu Jintao's social governance thought and the Communist Party of China 's New Exploration of Social Governance from the Beginning of the 18 th National Congress.Among them,Lenin,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping's thought of social governance are the inheritance and development of Marxist social governance thought.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee put forward the idea of innovating social governance and made it clear that it is necessary to improve the mode of social governance,stimulate the vitality of social organizations,innovate and effectively prevent and resolve social contradictions.This fully reflects our party's concept of social governance is highly elevated,indicating that China's social construction is undergoing profound changes.Petition related with law and appeals is a special case of the petition,from the perspective of social governance,has a strong research significance of law and petition,petition related with law and appeals is social governance "barometer",from the present situation and deficiencies of the current social governance look.With the deepening of reform,China has entered a period of rapid transformation,a large number of social conflicts manifested through the petition related with law and appeals,and gradually presents the problems of organization,repetition,disorder and so on.This is a huge challenge for petition related with law and appeals and social governance.It can be said that innovation involved in petition related with law and appeals for the promotion of social governance has important theoretical and practical significance,to enrich the connotation of social governance theory,to achieve social governance innovation.At the same time,from the perspective of social governance to explore petition related with law and appeals,but also help to understand the source of petition related with law and appeals,put forward a fundamental solution to the path.This article will be based on the Marxist theory of social governance as a guide,analysis of the relationship between social governance and petition related with law and appeals.Then the article will summarize the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons of the problems.Finally,this article will put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the petition related with law and appeals in the perspective of social governance.This article is divided into four parts:The first part explores the historical development of the Marxist concept of socialgovernance and its basic context.Analyzes the social governance theories of Marx,Engels and Lenin,and the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping on social governance theory.The second part mainly discuss the connotation of petition related with law and appeals.Discuss the basic properties of the petition related with law and appeals,and analyze the relationship between petition related with law and appeals and social governance,sum up the petition related with law and appeals in the value of the social governance.The third part analyzes the difficulties faced by petition related with law and appeals from the perspective of social governance,and explores the reason for that.The fourth part provides suggestions for the improvements of petition related with law and appeals,and put forward governance recommendations from the system governance,source governance,multiple governance of three angles.
