| With the implementation of Belt and Road Initiative strategy implementation and major overseas investment projects,which has been the rapid development of China's overseas investment,but with the global terrorist activities intensified,contradictions and conflicts between the government and the rebels,as well as a variety of political diplomacy,resulting in the risk of overseas investment of China is increasing,in order to effectively promote the Belt and Road Initiative strategy,China must take some measures to reduce the risk of overseas investment.An important mechanism of legal protection system which is to reduce the risk of overseas investment,in modern international law,the legal protection system is the most important part of the overseas investment protection.With the development of the international community and international relations,the connotation and the protection measures are also changing.Although the scope of the legal protection system is gradually reduced compared with other dispute settlement methods,but it is undeniable that the legal protection system is the most effective way of dispute settlement.The legal protection of overseas investment in China mainly depends on overseas investment insurance system,bilateral investment agreements and multilateral conventions,but there are also many deficiencies,Our country's overseas investment insurance system is missing,the legal system is not perfect with overseas investment,the protection of bilateral investment agreements is not comprehensive and multilateral conventions,such as the use of supplements,these problems have to be resolved.With the implementation of Belt and Road Initiative in-depth strategy,China's overseas investment activities will inevitably increase,improve overseas investment legal protection system is imperative,it is hoped that the relevant theoretical research will play an important role in the construction of the legal protection system of overseas investment. |
