Sexual harassment as a major global problem,gradually attracted the attention of all countries.The generation,development and expansion of sexual harassment are far beyond the areas that people can predict,and the impact on all sectors of society isbecoming more and more serious.In most countries abroad,there are perfect ways of regulating sexual harassment,and our country has a long time for the regulation of sexual harassment.In view of the fact that China is a statutory country,the law requires stability and frank individual legislation to deal with sexual harassment,The authority.How to protect the sexual rights of sexual harassment victims,to protect their rights and interests,is the core issue we face.In this paper,we study the problem of sexual harassment with specific research methods.Firstly,the basic theory of sexual harassment is briefly introduced,the origin and meaning of sexual harassment,and the legal attribute orientation are clarified.Secondly,the situation of sexual harassment and the situation of legal regulation are clarified by analyzing and analyzing the cases of sexual harassment judicial trial and typical media events.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the existing legal relief mechanism of the shortcomings,proposed to develop anti-sexual harassment judicial interpretation of the way to fully protect the sexual rights of victims of sexual harassment.
