Human Rights Protection Under The Circumstance Of China's Procedural Law

As the basic rights that everyone should enjoy,human rights is one of the most important factors to promote the development of human society.In practice,the concept of human rights is usually confirmed by law.What’s more,whether the national security system of human rights is perfect determines whether human rights can be realized in the real sense.While,the core of human rights protection system is the judicial protection of human rights.Meanwhile,justice is the last line of defense to maintain social stability and achieve fairness and justice.Besides it is also the key to ensure the ultimate realization of civil rights.The procedural law can transform the rights conformed by the legal to the real life rights.Based on such attributes and functions,the procedural law has a unique advantage in the protection of human rights.In this sense,this thesis aims to explore the theory and practice of human rights protection in the fields of the law of criminal procedure,the law of civil procedure and administrative procedure law,highlighting the importance of procedural law for the protection of human rights,and attempts to put forward the perfect conception of the human rights protection mechanism in the field of procedural law.
