Research On The Legal Issues Of International Cooperation In Counter-terrorism

Under the global background of volatility,terrorism has also pervaded with more brutal terrorist violence,bringing the world vexing panic.The so-called Islamic State,undoubtfully,has become the most responsible one for it.But on the other hand,the“al-Qaeda” which once gone out of the focus has now returned to the public's sight.Adding the recent robberies,drug trafficing striken by criminal groups in Latin America,the global terrorism has re-entered the expanding part of the circle,therefore International anti-terrorism cooperation has been the key to the destructive phenomenon.This thesis,based on the recent typical cases of terrorist behaviors,proposes the author's analysis and suggestions on terrorism trend for further aggravation,main features and nowadays anti-terrorism cooperation,in order to redeem the flaws within,to scotch its further pervasion and to crackdown it.At last,the thesis analyses the relevant laws in China and gives suggestions on deficiencies in legislation.
