Research On Fire Safety Management Issues In Urban Villages In Kunming

With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,a large number of unplanned surrounding rural gradually encircling the cities,the villagers rely on the formation of neighborhood of private homes,the "urban village." On the one hand,the development of villages in the city made more contribution for many migrant workers provide a high cost of living;on the other hand,due to the lack of appropriate management of villages,fewer public resources,many security,fire and other problems frequently.In view of this,the author of a large number of existing literature Buyers predecessors basis,using empirical analysis method,the study villages of Kunming,in order to be able to contribute their own strength of fire safety management.Text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.Based on previous literature on fire safety management to read,summarize its advantages and disadvantages,and put forward the purpose of this paper is to study methods and technical routes On this basis,provide a basis for the full text of research carried out;the second chapter for the fire safety management concepts and theories.Briefly introduces the concept of fire safety management and public goods theory;The third chapter is the status quo in Kunming Village fire safety management.Interviews and empirical approach to the problem and its causes fire area villages analyze;Chapter IV Experience and Implications domestic and foreign areas of fire safety management.Introduce advanced experience through the fire area,and the actual area of the villages reasonable absorption;fifth chapter is perfect villages in Kunming fire safety management countermeasures.By analyzing the previous four chapters,according to the actual area of the villages made eight recommendations: First,reasonable co-ordination good fire safety management elements;the second is to implement the good government fire safety management responsibility system;third is to strengthen supervision of government departments;Fourth the efforts to enhance the quality of fire safety of the masses;Fifth,to promote the concept of fire safety management of innovation;Sixth,improve the management of regional fire safety regulations and standards system;seven is the integration of social resources,and public service area villages "full offer";eight is the establishment of fire safety management "to promote the whole" system.
