Research On Fire Safety Management Of Street Agency And Down People Government: Based On Process Reengineering

Fire protection is an important part of public management,and it is an important work related to the safety of people’s lives and property and the normal operation of economic and social production and life.With the continuous development of economy and society,various fire accidents emerge in endlessly.As the direct responsible person of fire safety management in the jurisdictional administrative region,whether the responsibility of fire safety management in street agency and down people government is effectively implemented is the key to affect the overall effectiveness of fire safety management in China,which will directly affect the safety of people’s lives and property.Based on the thorough study of the fire safety management mode in street agency and down people government,this paper finds out the prominent contradictions and causes of the problems.Starting from the breakthrough point of government process reengineering,this paper designs the process reengineering of the fire safety management mode in street agency and down people government by using the advanced theories of new public management theory,process reengineering theory and multi-center governance theory,guided by the needs of the public.The model,taking A street agency in Guangzhou as an example,demonstrates the feasibility of process reengineering in an all-round way,and summarizes and prospects its effectiveness.Through demonstration,the new fire safety management mode can effectively solve the outstanding contradictions existing in the traditional supervision mode,such as "unequal power and responsibility,inefficient work,unreasonable organizational settings,backward management system",and form a new fire safety management mode of "normative behavior,coordinated operation,fair and transparent,honest and efficient",so as to improve the overall situation of fire safety management of street agency and down people government,and effectively reduce it.Fewer fires occur and maintain the stability of the fire situation in the jurisdiction,which is worthy of reference and reference for the street agency and down people government.This study is also an exploration to optimize the government’s work flow and enhance the government’s social governance ability by using the new public management theory.It provides a typical case for the future use of the new public management theory and process reengineering theory to optimize the work of government functions.
