Research On Old Community Governance In The Perspective Of Social Governance

Community is a social organization of people in a certain region,which is the foundation of building a harmonious society.With the reforming and opening up,great achievements have been made in the reform of economy in our country,however,there is still much room for improvement in the reform of social governance system.At present,the traditional governance mode of the street and neighborhood(Village)committee has been unable to meet the new needs of community and social governance and development.With the rapid development of urban construction,the development speed of the Communities is faster,which are contrast to is that some old residential area without properties or owner committee is short of supporting facilities.Some is unable to provide effective service under the actual situation.Some is only could provide old-fashioned so that they could not fulfill people’s life with basic managements and services to enhance the quality residents’ life.In order to solve those problems,how to manage the old community more effectively under the vision of social governance,has been regarded as an urgent task to the government of the grassroots level.Therefore,take the Mingzhu road community in Changxing County is one of the typical old communities in Changxing County as an example,do all the best to finish an In-depth study.This essay uses some methods as literature research,interviews,case analysis and comparative research to do the study research.First of all,according to the relevant scholars for the old community management research literature,as well as the spirit of current Central files,this essay studies the old community related concepts and the multi-center governance theory.Through the analysis of the current governance model and the status quo of the old community,the essay proposes a multi-center governance model to study further.Secondly,using of interviews to review the process of governance in Mingzhu road community of Changxing County,the essay digs the problems and reasons of Mingzhu road community governance to find the weakness.Thirdly,using of the foreign case analysis to refer to the advanced community governance countries,sum up the experiences base on the actual situation of our country.The last but not the least,explore the old community governance innovation initiatives,mainly includes the following: Introduce the multi-center governance theory,use of the old community resources efficiently,build the old Community Safety and establish a long-term safety management mechanism,strengthen the aging community work,promote the reasonable interaction between citizens and build an interactive platform,establish and perfect the legal system of the old community governance,bring about the network of community information transmission,etc.
