Research On The Anti-corruption Rule Of Law In China Since The 18th National Congress

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, China's anti-corruption gradually has been on the road under the rule of law. That is the new Central Party Committee draw on past experiences of anti-corruption after the establishment of New China in1949. China's road of anti-corruption by the rule of law is in keeping with the trend of the world. According to the realistic national conditions, China adjusts the anti-corruption operation mode to meet the requirements of social development. The road of anti-corruption by the rule of law is a theoretical achievement advancing with the times of the new Central Party Committee's anti-corruption, which is of great significance to prevent and punish corruption and make the consolidated effect of anti-corruption. Therefore, it is necessary to further study China's anti-corruption by the rule of law Since the 18 th CPC National Congress.This paper is divided in two parts, including the introduction and the main part.The introduction describes mainly the topics basis, significance, domestic and foreign research situation and research methods and ideas of the subject. The main part of this paper consists three parts. The first part analyzes the the definition of related concepts,and the necessity of China's road of anti-corruption by the rule of law. The second part respectively discusses the present situation and the reasons for those problems of China's road of anti-corruption by the rule of law since the 18 th CPC National Congress. The third part brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the anti-corruption by the rule of law, such as perfecting the legal system of anti-corruption and mechanism of participating in the anti-corruption by the rule of law of the people, strengthening the leading cadres' legal consciousness, adjusting functions of the discipline inspection authorities. Moreover, we can learn from other countries' experiences of anti-corruption by the rule of law. These countermeasures and suggestions are aimed to promote the process of China's anti-corruption by the rule of law.China's anti-corruption by the rule of law is a systematic project. It is in need of the CPC and the people to cultivate their idea of the rule of law, and brings thecorruption prevention and punishment into the track based on the rule of law.Moreover, it will bring the whole anti-corruption work into the normalized, scientific and legal system. At the same time, it should adjust and make innovations constantly to get the utmost out of the anti-corruption by the rule of law. Based on the analysis on existing regulations and actual conditions of China, it should learn from other countries' experiences about anti-corruption by the rule of law. Therefore, China will be on the road of anti-corruption by the rule of law successfully.
