Research On Community Correction System

Community Corrections is a criminal and not to social isolation and make use of community resources, to achieve the transformation of the way offenders in general education. Integrated Community Corrections supervision of execution, service and help transform education and other advantages, is a new way of execution of punishment. Community Correction System in China’s pace of development is relatively slow. thus to reduce the recidivism rate objective is execution and correction system with Chinese characteristics. At present, China has put on the agenda of community corrective legislation.The perspective of institutional research community method relatively simple, lead to our understanding of some aspects of the basic theory of community correction system, is still not fully understood there are many fuzzy areas. So we urgently need in-depth study of the theoretical basis of Community Correction System. This study focuses on the country’s community correction system, and related point is the basic idea of the specific circumstances surrounding the deployment.
