Pushkin's Historical Narrative Research

Since 1990s,postclassical narratology began to spring up in the West.Compared to structuralist narratology in 1960s,which focuses on textual research,postclassical narratology transcended the limitation of literary narration.It extended the scope of‘narrative'into broad cultural phenomenon and social historical context,also paid more attention to the interdisciplinary and cross-media research of narratology.Historical narration is the result of its interdisciplinary,which provided more new development space to interpret literature works.Pushkin,the greatest poet of Russia,who praised as‘the sun of Russian poetry',with very high literary attainments,his works also showed historical pictures of Russian social life in the 19^thcentury from different angles,which provided a valuable wealth for posterity to know unique national character and spirit of Russia.In the short life of Pushkin,he was devoted to observing the real world with unique view of history,and focused on the general public,in order to reproduce the contradictions among different classes,and convey true human needs of them.He always insisted on the foundation of national culture which gave birth to Russian history,viewed it as a dynamic process of continuous development,and through several major wars and peasant uprisings in history to reveal the real point of social development,in order to highlight people's position and role in history.So historical narration is not only an indispensable narrative technique for Pushkin's historical creation,it is also integrated with unique historical view and artistic style,which is a new perspective of the new understanding of Pushkin,and it has great exploration.This paper mainly studies the historical narration of Pushkin that through the method of close reading,the texts mainly about Pushkin's historical works with different periods and styles,such as historical drama Boris Godunov,the narrative poem Poltawa,Bronze Knight and the historical novel The Captain's Daughter.With Pushkin's unique conception of history,we will mainly explore the cause of historical narrative and its form of text.On this basis,we will analyze Pushkin how to face the relation and distinction between history and literature,and which historical narrative strategies he adopted to appear the historical truth with literature.In order to form a new perspective to probe Pushkin's historical narrative's important reference significance for the development for modern literature and history.
