With the development of social urbanization, sewers around the world havegradually improved.Today, the function of the city' s sewers has changed, including the living space of the marginalized people, the location offilming, sports track museums, tourist attractions, and so on.The urbanadventures represented by the following watercourse expeditions have risenaround the world. The reasons behind this come from people's desire forexploration and their desire for freedom. The sewers in the literary and art works have become the stage for theclassic story to be staged, and they are also the gateways to the differentworlds. The monsters and heroes that were created lived in the sewers, andthey are the reflections of the human inner conflicts.Combined with the broadening of urban sewer functions and changes insewer imagery in literary and artistic works, sewers have evolved from urbanfacilities that originally had only wastewater collection and dischargefunctions into objects of alienation in urban culture.
