Research On The Training Program Of International Standard Dance Creative Talents

Since the opening of the International Ballroom Dancing education at the social dance department of Beijing Dance Academy,the discipline has entered a period of vigorous development.In many universities,International Ballroom Dancing education still has a tendency of simplification of curriculum and teaching methods.In addition,because of the uneven quality of students,it also causes deficiency and regret in the training of talents in national standard dance.Taking the International Ballroom Dance teaching of Inner Mongolia College of Arts as an example,this article focuses on the training plan of innovative talents of International Ballroom Dancing.In the training of talents,the author thinks that we should take diversified teaching as the basis and rely on a variety of courses,focusing on the cultivation of multiple innovative talents,such as performance,compilation and teaching.The talent training program of the national standard dance creative dance should first run through the main courses such as Latin dance and Modern dance to the undergraduate learning stage,and the training methods of ballet and modern dance are used to train the students' body upright and upright feeling and good coordination.In addition,paying attention to students' ability of editing and creating is also an essential part.Only by expanding students' imagination can students improve their ability of editing and creating.Diversified teaching ideas and new teaching ideas are the only way to train creative talents of national standard dance.
