SLA research has important guiding significance for language teaching.Developing links between second language acquisition research and language teaching is conducive to improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency.In this paper,the author chooses the academic paper“Developing links between second language acquisition research and language teaching” which is the sixth chapter of the education work Handbook of Foreign Language Communication and Learning as the translation text,hoping to provide some references for the domestic second language teaching.The text belongs to education type and is of specific and actual education significance,which determines that the complete and accurate transmission of information is of great importance.The author makes a detailed case analysis of the frequent emergence of the loose sentences,and textual cohesion,and some translation methods and techniques are analyzed and summarized.It is hoped that this translation practice will enrich the relevant literatures of second language acquisition research and language teaching in China,and provide some references for the translation of second language acquisition that applied to language teaching.
